Customs and Duties:
Customs and duties are your responsibility, we are not paying for any custom charges and the international shipping fees are NOT INCLUDED those charges. All of our orders are shipped within 24 hours of your payment by a professional shipping department who takes great care in making sure your package gets to you as quickly and safely as possible. We always ship by USPS Priority where the service is available and all international shipments go out with Express mails.
Payment Policy:
For easy online checkout payment: Just go online at www.edallion.com to make payment with different methods. We accept payment via e-check through paypal, Credit Cards, Cash, Money Orders, Cashier checks and so on. if you choose to pay with E-Check you have to understand that usually it takes 5 to 7 business days for paypal to clear your e-check and we will not be able to ship your product until the payment is cleared.
All Payments must be verified and cleared by before merchandise is shipped. So if you are in RUSH and you want us to ship the item ASAP, please don’t pay with e-check method on paypal, and use your credit cards or other methods.
Shipping Policy:
Please don’t request to ship the item to a different address than your original address on your paypal, credit card accounts because we are required by our merchant services to only ship the items to your verified address, so if you have a wrong address on your account, please fix the address before making any payments.
